Thomas Rodriguez grew up in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, where he watched the neighborhood evolve through decades of construction, renovation, and revitalization. After completing his degree in Business Management from CUNY Brooklyn College, he joined the construction industry as a project coordinator.
Over the next decade, Thomas managed renovation projects across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens — gaining deep expertise in NYC building codes, Department of Sanitation regulations, DOT permit processes, and the logistical challenges of operating heavy equipment on the city's famously narrow streets.
