Our same-day delivery guarantee is straightforward: call us before 12:00 PM (noon) with your delivery address, preferred container size, and placement details. We confirm availability, give you a firm price, and dispatch your container for delivery by end of business day — typically 3:00–6:00 PM.
What Happens If You Call After Noon
If you call after noon, we'll do our best to accommodate. Availability is borough-dependent:
- Brooklyn: Often achievable even with afternoon calls (our home borough)
- Queens and Bronx: Sometimes available for calls up to 2:00 PM
- Manhattan: DOT permit constraints may limit afternoon same-day slots
- Staten Island: Earlier call time recommended (10 AM preferred)
